IN TESTING

Customer access is still being tested. Planned features are labelled below.

Latest updates

See what’s live, being tested or planned, with a date for each update.

TESTED FOUNDATION · UNRELEASED

Preparing assessment snapshots for board reports

The underlying work to save and check draft assessment snapshots has been built, tested and reviewed. Customer reports and PDF export are not available yet.

Read the article

A board report needs a record of what was assessed and when. This work can save a draft snapshot’s scoring inputs and check that the same inputs give the same result.

Assessment completion, implementation attainment and evidence coverage remain separate measures. A later assessment should not silently rewrite an earlier snapshot.

Reporting is not released. Dashboard connections, report history, access controls and downloadable PDFs still need work. No customer report export has launched.

LIVE · NAVIGATION UPDATE

A clearer route back to sign-in

A sign-in navigation fix is live. Choosing “Use another email” during setup no longer blocks a separate attempt to sign in to an existing account.

Read the article

Starting signup again with another email no longer keeps a returning customer stuck in the earlier setup process.

This navigation change is live. Email-and-password signup and the complete process of assessing, saving and returning are still being developed and checked.

FEATURE ROADMAP

From a saved assessment to a current IT picture

The next dashboard views bring progress, evidence and unanswered questions together. Evidence uploads, linked improvement actions and automatically refreshed scores remain planned.

Read the article

The planned Overview and executive summary will explain your organisation’s IT position using saved assessments. They are not released. This work uses saved assessments rather than an automatic live feed.

  • Overview and executive summary: clearer assessment progress, implementation ranges, evidence coverage and gaps.
  • Evidence and improvement actions: planned document uploads and links between evidence, actions, owners and dates.
  • Current scores and history: planned updates from authorised information, with source dates and missing or stale evidence made clear.
  • Board reporting: tested snapshot work, with dashboard integration and PDF export still to come.

These features are being developed in stages. Signup, sign-in and returning to saved work come first. Release dates have not been set.

LIVE

A clearer account and dashboard experience

Updated screens are live, with mobile layouts, clearer forms and improved keyboard navigation. Sign-in, saving assessments and returning to them are still being tested together.

Published 7 October 2026. This article records the position on that date; see the 8 October articles above for the latest progress.

IN TESTING

A more useful overview

The next Overview brings an assessment’s completion, implementation range, evidence coverage and unanswered questions into one place. An executive summary is also being tested. These views are not released yet.

PLANNED

Your IT position in real time

The planned view will update as authorised information changes. It will show source dates, missing information and outdated evidence. Automatic feeds and change history remain planned.

LIVE

A clearer way through account setup

An account-setup improvement lets a person start another signup without deleting their saved attempt. The complete customer access process still needs checking.

PLANNED · CONCEPT

An ongoing improvement programme

The first dashboard concept linked Overview, Improvement Plan and management reports. It covered assessment, priorities, improvements, evidence and reporting. This was a concept, not a released customer feature.

PLANNED · EARLY DIRECTION

Bringing scattered information together

Early requirements focused on one view of IT and cyber security: what is complete, what remains open and what needs evidence. The plans included using documents, AI assistance reviewed by people, and reusable management reports.
